1 cup red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup lime juice
4 cups small fennel bulb and foliage, thinly sliced
1-1/2 cups cantaloupe, diced
1-1/2 cups honeydew, sliced
1-1/2 cups watermelon, diced
1 cup feta or bocconcini, coarsely crumbled or cubed
1 cup fennel seeds, crushed
freshly ground peepr
salt to taste
Place red onion in a large bowl. Sprinkle with lime juice and let soften for at least 15 minutes.
Add all remaining ingredients and season with salt and pepper.
Stir and serve.
